Hey, let's play!
It's playtime today!
What are these?
What are those?
Are these pencils?
Are those doors?
We enjoyed today’s conversation using “these” and “those” as pronouns in plural form to talk about things that are near or far from us. And we had a blast doing the games using the target languages!
“I went into the shop one day
to get an ice cream treat,
‘Cause ice cream is my favorite thing,
my favorite thing to eat.
So many different kinds to try,
so many kinds to see.
And when it was my turn to say
how many scoops for me…
I said, “One scoop, two scoops, three scoops,
four scoops, five scoops, six scoops, seven scoops,
eight scoops, nine scoops, ten scoops…
Ten scoops for me, please.
Ten scoops for me!”
We love this Ice cream song from Super Simple! Look at how surprised and happy they are to see 10 scoops of ice cream! How about you? How many scoops for you?
July is here and we can’t wait for the Summer holidays! Have you made any plans yet? Going to the beach and building sand castles sound good. What do you think? Our Playtime friends are having some summertime fun as they dance the hula and jump up and down to the Summer Holidays song. :)
It’s amazing to see Hina writing all our names on the board! Can you spell and write our names, too?:)
